BOD Approved Minutes and Agendas for 2026

The KCCA Board of Directors meet once a month on the second Tuesday of the Month. When needed a Work Session begins at 5:30 p.m. followed by the Board of Director meeting at 6:30 p.m.  Board meetings are being held in person at the KCCA Clubhouse as conditions allow, but may be held virtually as needed. 

At 5:30 p.m. the work session begins and there is no open forum during this meeting. The Board of Directors Meeting commences at 6:30 p.m. which does include the owner’s open forum.
