The King City Civic Association (KCCA) is a well-established, planned 55-and-better community located in Oregon’s scenic Tualatin Valley. Just 15 miles from downtown Portland and within easy access of Interstate 5, King City offers residents the convenience of nearby shopping, dining, healthcare services, public transportation, and emergency services, along with easy day trips to the Oregon Coast, Willamette Valley wine country, the Cascade Mountains, and the Columbia River Gorge.
The community is home to a diverse mix of residences, including 643 single-family homes, 197 apartments, 233 townhomes, and 214 condominiums, many situated on low-maintenance lots and surrounded by carefully manicured open spaces with scenic mountain and valley views.
KCCA serves as the master association for the community and provides oversight of shared amenities, facilities, and common areas. Within the community are seven sub-associations, which manage and govern the condominiums, townhomes, and the King City Apartments in accordance with their individual governing documents.

Community facilities include the Clubhouse, Crown Center, and Arts & Crafts Building, which host more than 38 clubs. Recreational offerings include a public nine-hole golf course, championship lawn bowling green, shuffleboard courts, an outdoor pool, and an Aquatic Center featuring a pool, lap pool, and spa. A well-stocked library with large-print books, audio materials, and periodicals further enhances community life.
